Delivery
- Free UK next-day delivery on orders over £60, placed before the daily dispatch cut-off shown at checkout.
- Orders under £60 carry a small delivery charge, calculated at checkout before you pay.
- Every order is dispatched via a tracked courier, with a tracking link emailed as soon as it's on its way.
- We deliver across mainland UK. Some remote areas (parts of the Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Northern Ireland) may take an extra working day.
- All orders are securely packaged, sealed and labelled in line with courier requirements for the product type.
Order arrived damaged, or something's missing? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of any damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & refunds
Unused, unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in line with your standard distance-selling rights as a consumer.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can't accept the return of gas products once opened or part-used, unless the product is faulty — this is standard practice for pressurised food-safety products, not a way of avoiding genuine claims.
If a product is faulty, contact us with your order number and details (a photo helps) and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage where the fault is genuine.
To start a return, message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number — we'll confirm next steps and, where applicable, a returns address.
